Charlie provides excellent end-to-end service. He listens closely to what a client is trying to do or wants, clearly articulates the client's alternatives, including pros & cons, and then drafts the pertinent legal documentation in understandable form, and works with the client until the client is happy with the final documentation. Exactly what I want in an attorney.

Charlie set up end of life documents for me and my husband: our wills, medical powers of attorney, and financial powers of attorney. He was so professional and congenial throughout, putting us at ease and helping us understand how to make the decisions we needed to make to get it right. He prepared the documents in a timely manner, making minor revisions where necessary, and guiding us through the signing process with clear instruction. Charles listened to our situation and was able to complete our large legal issues in a timely and accurate manner. He advised us which way would be better to solve our problems and was able to complete the task in one writing of documents which we adjusted very little (with his concurrence) and completed, sighed and filed the documents. Any lengthy completion of documents was due to our decisions. He is very pleasant, and easy to work with. His fees are reasonable and I would highly recommend him and have.
